Select the Design choice from the drop down menu Monogram or First name letter (refer to the pictures for choices)

In the personalization are please include the following
Thread Color
Font for the first Letter of your childs Name.
Monogram design for the Monogram option


For the Name/Monogram style
Please list your Childs Name (for Name option)
Please list your Child name in the following order for MONOGRAM: First Middle Last (for the Monogram option)

I will arrange the monogram in the traditional monogram style
First-Last-Middle
